At WeLive, the health and safety of our members, guests, and employees is our top priority. As a global company based in the United States, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), along with the World Health Organization and local health departments as we navigate this situation. We are also in regular contact with our members and employees regarding the measures that we implement.

  • In your unit

WeLive prides itself on providing a fully private, beautiful and comfortable space for our members. That said, WeLive is also focused on connecting you to your neighbors again. Through our events, common spaces and on site team there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with the WeLive community.

  • How long/short can I stay?

WeLive Wall Street offers nightly stay starting from one night up to a month. Both WeLive Wall Street and WeLive Crystal City offer leases for as little as one month and as long as a year.

  • Is WeLive a Hotel/Hostel?

While we do offer nightly stay in New York, WeLive is not a full service hotel nor is it a hostel where you will be paired up with strangers. If you book with us in nightly stay you will be booking the full apartment to yourself, but you will have the opportunity to engage with our community through our events and common spaces.

  • Can WeLive find you a roommate?

Unfortunately at this time WeLive does not match roommates. WeLive units are rented as an apartment and not by the room so if you are interested in a multi-bed apartment please bring your friends.

  • Is there an age limit?

You must be 18 to apply alone for long stay. For short stay the reservation must be booked by someone who is 21+ and will be staying on premises during the reservation.

We charge a one time set-up fee of $100 per person per move-in that includes basic kitchen and bath supplies. • How often does housekeeping clean and what exactly do they do?

For leased apartments there is a once a month in-room cleaning included in your membership. They will clean surfaces, sweep, mop, remove garbage and change your sheets if you leave a fresh set. We hope to offer additional cleanings as a service in the future, but if you have a house cleaning service you’d like to come more often we can give them access at your request. For nightly stay we will clean prior to arrival. We can offer additional cleanings by request. For nightly stay guests staying 7+ days, a once a week cleaning is included free of charge by request.

  • What’s move in like for guests staying long term?
